Art Gallery of South Australia

Housed in one of Adelaide’s most beautiful buildings, the Art Gallery of South Australia is home to an amazing art collection.

Welcoming more than half a million visitors each year, the gallery’s collection includes 38,000 works of art from Australia, Europe, North America and Asia.

Art lovers will enjoy the paintings, sculptures, prints, drawings, photographs, textiles, furniture, ceramics, metalwork and jewellery.

Sit out on the lawns or dine at the cafe Art Gallery Food + Wine which is open each day from 8am to 4.30pm.

The Art Gallery of South Australia is open every day (except December 25) from 10am to 5pm.
