South Australia has some exciting experiences to check out. Ride Ferris wheels, dodgem cars, plunge down a water slide or try and break out of a puzzle room!

Glenelg’s Beach House is only a short tram trip away from Adelaide and is one of South Australia’s most loved amusement parks.

Located along the sunny Glenelg foreshore, summertime fun is the name of the game. Grab an ice cream, go for a ride on the Ferris wheel which overlooks the beautiful Holdfast Shores Marina.

Ride a carousel or challenge your friends and family on the dodgem cars. There’s water slides and splashing bumper boats too as well as an arcade filled with mini games and a mini golf course.

Feeling adventurous? The Mega Adventure Aerial Park features 26 metre high playground in the sky. There are rope bridges, balance beams, death-defying leaps and ropes with which to swing through the sky. Even balance on an aerial surfboard.

The more relaxed version is the Park’s Skywalk from which you can look out at the stunning West Beach on a waltz through the canopy.

The Semaphore Waterslide Complex is a fantastic family amusement park. It’s a charming step back in time with a 1920’s style carousel and a towering ferris wheel. It also features a mini-golf course, jumping castle and sideshows. Take a ride on the famous Semaphore steam train which runs along the foreshore. This location is perfect for a day trip out of Adelaide.

Maybe you’d like to check out somewhere more modern. The South Australian Aquatic Centre at Marion features a newly built, state of the art network of pools and slides and an interactive water playground for kids. A family pass is only $23!

Bounce Inc located in Marleston is an indoor urban playground for kids and adults alike. The centre is filled with trampolines, even the walls. That’s not to mention the foam pits and organised games. Circus grade sponge and giant air bags provide the perfect launching platform for aerial manoeuvres.
