The Mallee Fowl was the brain child of Caryl and Howard Michael, over 20 years ago. It was bush and scrub! From that they said, “ Lets make a restaurant right here in the scrub!” Who would have thought it would grow to what it is today! A bustling hard to book into restaurant holding over 200 people every weekend! A brilliant, creative, hard working, serious chef named Jimmy! A wine list celebrating South Australia’s delicious wines. Staff that want to please and Frank who can’t do enough for you! As far as Frank is concerned, you ask and you shall receive!
